We meet at Old Town Hall located at 32 Derby Square. (NOT Derby Street). You will find your tour guide waiting on the side of Old Town Hall with three staircases facing Front Street. Please note we do *not* have a physical office location.
We highly recommend using the restroom prior to start of the tour. There are public restrooms in the South Harbor garage, located at 245 Derby Street, from 9AM - 8PM or at the Salem Armory Regional Visitor Center, 2 New Liberty Street. The Visitor Center is open Wednesday – Sunday from 10AM–4PM. Unfortunately, there are NO restrooms along our routes.
Please plan to arrive in Salem at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your tour so that you are able to find parking and the tour starting location. In October, please allow 2 extra hours to find parking and extra drive time. We recommend parking at the mall garage, located at 1 New Liberty St. However, this garage is known to fill up fast! You can find more information on parking at www.salem.org and www.salem.gov. We recommend using the Passport Parking App for metered parking.
As a reminder, tickets are non-refundable. Tours leave promptly at the scheduled start time and unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate latecomers, or guarantee availability for rescheduling.
